The crankshaft

The crankshaft will be assembled from several parts. This is prototype crankshaft, so I am not that concern about strength. I will statically balance the crankshaft, on the picture the counter weights a missing, they will be probably mechanically attached to the main webs.

The main and rod journals will be drilled, so the oil can pass through the crankshaft.The bores will be sealed on both ends to make them oil tight using plugs and O-rings. I order for the oil to flow, the mail webs will have to be drilled and the main and rod journals cross drilled at the diameter that are going to be pressed into the webs.
