Adjustable anti roll bar

The anti-roll bar pictured has been modeled after the original part in question. However, it has been designed to fit into and to incorporate standard mounting points. This is both on chassis and on lower suspension arms.

This adjustable anti-roll bar consists of three different parts:

• A main tube
• An adjustable blade
• A collar that restricts lateral movement from the main tube

The next step in the development of this bar would be the FEA process, or Finite Element Analysis. This step in the process would be to obtain final dimensions of parts, and to adjust the spring rate as necessary.

Designed to fit onto a VAZ Lada 2101 to 2107, this adjustable anti-roll bar will accompany a stiffer chassis mount, and will ride on top of nylon bushings.
