Lada aluminium front hub and ventilated brakes

This setup is engineered to fit under stock steel Lada wheel. The original wheel hub is replaced with one made out of aluminium. This reduces the parts weight almost by half, while remaining the same strength and rigidity. The hub can be used with the stock wheel bolts, or converted to wheel studs, like the pictures below. 

Next piece is the brake disc. The stock solid brake disc is replaced bu two piece one. Center section made out of aluminium and a special ventilated brake rotor. for now both pieces are rigidly connected, but I have developed floating brake rotors, that will be built and tested later.

There are a lot of options for a brake caliper. From stock one to monoblock six cylinder brake caliper. Brake pad options are: stock brake pad for two and four piston calipers, and AP Racing CP3345 family iron pad. The brake calipers are radially mounted via a special bracket. Some of the brake calipers requires a special steering arm.
